Turn on the pump about 10 minutes before you turn on the fan, the pump and fan will show that they are in operation with two green lights on the cover. Windows at the far end of the house in the hallway, and two main bedrooms can be left open just an inch or so to allow air flow from the North end of house to the South. The lower fan setting is adequate for regular use.
The cooler may be left on except on departure. New system, same place but the picture below no longer applies. That function is now on the remote.
